I have never been one of those people that have been successful with Adsense. I might put an ad here and there and I might make $30 in 4 years. Seriously. I made $30 in FOUR years. I don't have much or put much faith into Adsense. But, recently, as you can see on the site, we added a new service called MNS or Micro Niche Sites. These are small blog-like-sites that have been optimized for Adsense. Everything from the way the site is set up to the ads on the site to the content is optimized so that you make money from it. Yes, we are an Internet Marketing & Content Creation company. But, I also think it's important to sell products and services that are "hands off" that can make people money. I'm not saying you definitely without a doubt will make thousands of dollars from these MNS. However, what I am saying is you will make more money than you may have in the past. To prove to you that you can make money from this and to I guess prove to myself, I went ahead and had the guys make up 5 sites for me. The first week I made around $3.00. I know that is definitely not a lot. But, two things come into my head when I get excited about $3. - If I only made $30 in FOUR years, I can most likely count on MNS making me more money since I already made $3 in one week.- It's just the first week and I have not utilized everything we offer to you such as Social Bookmarking and Article Marketing. I have about 3-4 blogs on each MNS as of now. And I have only slightly done Article Marketing. Right now I am averaging about 45 visits a day to each site. This is a promising service. Try one out and see what happens.

I am always rummaging around on the Internet looking for new tools and techniques to use for our business - and for yours. Sometimes I find some really cool little tools and I am absolutely hooked. I do have my favorite tools like the Rank Tracker I mentioned on the company blog. But, this little tool I found yesterday is super sweet. And its free!

You can type in a bunch of keywords or just one - I suggest just one. Then you can add your url you were trying to rank, press the search button and voila it will show you exactly where your website ranks on Google for that keyword.
For example, if I do "Content Creation Companies In PA" and I add kristiambrosecontent.com, I can see that our company website is first page first place for that keyword.
You can also add advanced search options by clicking the advanced button and add different variations of Google such as Google UK, Google Japan, Google India, etc to see where you rank on your countries Google as well.
Just a really nice free tool that is simple to use - and quick. Use it as many times as you want.
Also, it should be mentioned that "Tommy" the guy that runs the website is very nice and you can ask him any questions you might have about the tool.

found my newest and most favorite SEO tool as of yet! I have tried a
lot of SEO and SEM tools in my time, but this tool is by far the best
free or paid tool I have ever bought! The tool is called Rank Tracker
V5. It's purpose? It's designed to help you figure out the ranks for
your keywords. I used to do this by hand, but it becomes so cumbersome
and boring AND time consuming after awhile! Now, I have started using
this for my own sites and some of my clients sites as well. The process
is soooo simple:
- You enter in the website you want to get results for
- You enter in the keywords you want to get results for (one per line)
- You enter in the search engines you want to check on (both Local and International)

You press finish and you get a very detailed report of each keyword and
each search engine. This even includes sites like Google Blog, Google
Image and YouTube!
I am attaching a photo so you can see what
the report looks like. I suggest doing it once a week to see where you
need to make changes and where you are succeeding! You can buy the

Recently manufactures have been releasing Android OSs
on most all of the phones right now. This is becoming a more popular OS
than that of the Windows or Apple Operating System - and for good
reason. The Android OS (and Droid Phones) run quicker, are easier to
use, and connect better with the 3g and 4g networks. Recently I bought
a Samsung Intercept and started taking a look at the Android
Marketplace, there are loads of FREE apps available to those of you
that want to conveniently run your business through your phone while
traveling or commuting. These apps are also time efficient and since
they are free, they are cost efficient. Here are some of the top apps I have installed on my cell phone that you should consider looking into. - Phonebook:
Manage your physical contacts through this slick app, which lets you
see missed calls, unread emails, text message, and upcoming birthdays
by contact. Also lets you upload a photo of your contact. Handy if you have trouble keeping your contacts straight.
- Google Voice: This is a service that I have had for quite awhile now
and just recently hooked it into my cell phone. Google Voice used to
only be usable by people that were invited to use it, however, now you
can get your own account without being invited. Use a unique phone
number for this VoIP service. It transliterates your voicemails,
gives you free text messages, desegregates with your phone's address
book, and provides inexpensive international calls. Like Skype, but
Googlified. - The Weather Channel: This handy app offers the
kinds of in-depth forecasts you would expect from the Weather Channel.
Features include live video. The app automatically updates your
location through your phone's GPS. You can also get Weather Bug, but I find that TWC is much quicker than Weather Bug and you have less "ads".
- Greed: Greed lets you read your RSS feeds without opening a browser.
Stay up on news, blogs, and your industry quickly and easily. You can
add as many RSS feeds as you want to. Also a great way to keep in touch with your own blogs and comments made on those blogs. - Ping.FM:
I use this tool on both my laptop and my phone. It's a multi-use tool
with a variety of social networks and sites that allows you to post a
message to all sites at once. It's a great time saver. Ping.FM
is constantly adding new networks to their artillery. But, the most
important ones like BeBo, hi5, Myspace, twitter and Facebook are
available. - Google Maps Navigation: A HUGELY convenient app,
the Google Maps Navigation allows you to enter in a landmark, business
name or other criteria and Google Maps Navigation will produce results
for you. The information will include things like live traffic data,
satellite view, street view and of course turn by turn navigation.
- ActionComplete: Personally, I use BaseCampHQ for ALL our projects.
However, if you want a nicely designed app for your phone,
ActionComplete is the best one. It's a project management
-style to-do list app, which lets you group tasks into actions,
schedule actions to be taken by others, prioritize projects, tag
actions, set reminders, and more. Bonus: It's free.
- MightyMeeting: MightyMeeting acts like a remote control for your
PowerPoint presentations. Upload your presentations to MightyMeeting,
tag them for easy retrieval, and deliver your presentations through
your Droid. You can invite others to see your presentation and edit it,
too.

I actually work from home and I am a CEO of a company so I know how unorganized we can get when we don't watch what we are doing! Being organized does a few things for you and your life (business or otherwise).
First off, it takes less time for us to search for something. When ALL your stuff is muddled together, it's hard to find stuff. I don't care if you THINK you are the type of person that lives organized in chaos. You aren't! No one can efficiently live in chaos.
Secondly, when we are organized it makes us feel better and less stressed out. And lastly, I am a big believer that an uncluttered space means an uncluttered mind! Here are a few ways to whip your home office into shape - all of these products are the same ones I use to run a happy, successful and healthy business from home!
1- First off, take full advantage of all those little gadgets they have nowadays. But, don't get carried away. You CAN have TOO many items in your home office. What I mean by this is 10 different pen and pencil holders on your desk organized by type of pen, color and brand. Don't do that! You should have one for pencils and one for pens. That's it. This isn't rocket science! Try pencil and pen holders, paper clip holders (they even have magnetized ones nowadays), white boards to write on, little "accessories" to help with the small things.
2- Make sure you actually have a desk and a filing cabinet. I know some desks, like mine, have a small place to put papers and files, but honestly this gets filled up really quick. Even if you don't buy a 4 or 5 or 6 space file cabinet - a 2 or 3 should hold all you need. The only reason some businesses buy those really BIG filing cabinets is because they basically work out of a home office, but do everything offline. If you do everything online like me, these cabinets will mainly be for customer/client records and important papers like contracts.
3- If you have books - buy a nice bookshelf or case. I just bought two of these for my home office, they are black, three shelves, and they came from walmart (of all places) for $39 each! Can't beat that with a stick. I won't be inviting the president of the United States over any time soon. But, it's good enough for me in the meantime. Besides, no one visits my home office anyway! It's all done online and over the phone.
4- If you want to, you can also create a little sitting area for yourself. I did this with my home office and sort of made it an entertainment/home office. If you don't have a ton of room for furniture, its okay. There are pieces you can buy that are specifically for small spaces. Think corner tables and couches - these work perfectly.
5- Not only is a filing cabinet important for files that you might not look at all the time, but having a file tray or "paper" tray on your desk can also help you out a lot. Use this for papers or files you need on a daily or weekly basis. If you haven't used them in over a month, put them in the filing cabinet, IN the CORRECT spot! Don't just throw stuff in there!
6- Lastly and most importantly, don't mix business with pleasure. If you are running a home office, don't bring down bills from upstairs that are for your home. Don't bring down leaflets and catalogs for the new LLBean. Keep work stuff and personal home stuff completely separate.
