Website Terms Of Service And Usage 

1) All services provided by Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions ("Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions") may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.  Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.  We will NOT do articles for submission that include Adult, Illegal, Racist or Hacking sites.

Notice:  If you buy a package of ANY content for a Prohibited item we will send a refund and you will be blacklisted from ordering again!

2) We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.  If this happens, you will most-likely NOT be able to order from the site again.  This also includes abuse to the CEO or ANY employees of the Corporation.  We have a ZERO tolerance policy for those that abuse ANYONE from Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions.  If you are caught abusing a person or the company itself you will be sent a refund (unless the content has already been done) and you will be blacklisted.

3) All payments will be made up front.  We do not do half and half's.  If you want to pay half, then you will only get half of the expected work.  Certain services carry a setup fee charged by Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement, client shall be responsible for any and all outstanding fees owed to Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by client. One of these fees will include a $10 charge for anyone using a Credit Card.

4) We do not generally refund canceled contracts or projects.  However, if you are really unhappy with your service and did not get good results, we will KEEP working using money out of the companies pocket to make up for it.

5) Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions ' servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.  Also, we will not be held accountable for ANY of the sites that belong to the corporation that are placed on down time.  We do not own these servers, therefore we do not control them.

6) Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to webmaster@kristiambrose.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

7) If you sign up for content and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

Privacy Policy

1) Kristi Ambrose Marketing & Content Solutions has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site.

2) Our site uses an order form for customers to request services. (128 bit encryption). We collect sensitive information which is used only for our purpose, not third party receives any type of information from us.  Contact information from the order forms is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Billing information that is collected is used to bill the user for services. Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Reports & Status

1) For the most part we do NOT give results to the end user anymore. This has become increasingly time consuming. In order to find your article(s) content online you should do two specific searches on four main Engines including Google, Yahoo, Bing and Ask. Please use the following formats:

A) "Your Title With Quotes"

B) Your Title Without Quotes kristi ambrose

This will efficiently and quickly allow you to see your results.

2) Please notice that this service HAS been around and WILL be around for a long time because we do things a specific way. You will NOT receive thousands of results the next day! This, as with anything else, takes time. The reason in this is because of a few different things.

A) It takes the Engines awhile to "index" the articles content and it takes the Engines time to associate your content and keywords with your urls you are using.

B) Most ALL of the sites we submit to have it be directories, blogs, websites, news groups or anything else, are constantly being sent information. Not from only us! Think of these sites as having a "holding tank" where content goes until it can be viewed. This is what happens with your article. We cannot MAKE a site view the article quicker. This is NOT in our control! All we do is submit and distribute. Its your job to entrust us and be patient. If you cannot BE patient, do not order from us.

User Agreement For Article Marketing

1) When it comes to specific services or products we may or may not suggest particulars such as amount of articles, keywords, phrases, etc. If you do not wish to follow these suggestions, we cannot and will not be held accountable for the results that you get.

Referral Program Agreement

1) If you are found in ANY way, spamming people, your account will automatically be deleted without further notice. You will also NOT receive payments owed to you. Spamming can be:

A) Email Marketing to people that have not asked to be emailed

B) Sending IMs or PMs to people that have not asked to be sent information

C) Sending out MASS emails to people who did not ask to be sent emails

D) Sending ANY irrelevant information to people that have not asked for it.
